Lavrov, Kissinger discuss prospects of Russian-US relations

Lavrov congratulated Kissinger on Dr.h.c. degree awarded by the Diplomatic Academy

MOSCOW, October 29 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, who is currently staying in the Russian capital, discussed prospects of Russian-U.S. relations, the Russian foreign ministry reported on Tuesday.

“The sides exchanged views on the current state of and prospect for further development of Russian-U.S. relations, key international problems and tendencies of the global development,” the ministry said.

Lavrov congratulated Kissinger on Dr.h.c. degree awarded by the Diplomatic Academy.
