MOSCOW, October 21 (Itar-Tass) - An armed robbery of cash collectors was committed in the southern Moscow district of Tsaritsyno on Monday. One of the collectors was seriously wounded, a Moscow police source told Itar-Tass.
Unidentified masked persons opened fire at collectors near a bank at Veselaya Street. The robbers seriously wounded one of the collectors, took four bags of money from them and escaped in a car that had waited for them, the source said.
An operative police group and an ambulance arrived at the site.
How much money was seized by the attackers is not known yet. An operation is underway in Moscow to catch the robbers.
