MOSCOW, October 18 (Itar-Tass) - Orhan Zeinalov, charged with murder of Muscovite Yegor Shcherbakov in Moscow’s Biryulyovo West district, on Friday gave up his previous testimony and said that he had not been at the crime scene at all, Vladimir Markin, an official spokesperson for the Russian Investigation Committee, told Itar-Tass on Friday.
Zeinalov fully denied his guilt. When he was questioned as a witness a few days ago, Zeinalov admitted that it was he who had stabbed Yegor Shcherbakov with a knife on the night to October 10, 2013. On Friday, Zeinalov told investigators that had not been at the crime scene in Biryulyovo, Markin said.
