MOSCOW, October 16 (Itar-Tass) - Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanian has declared on Wednesday that the Moscow State Duma should continue to decently work throughout all the period left before the next election to the Moscow Duma. Sobyanin has also dismissed rumors about the alleged early dismissal of the Moscow Duma as "political speculations."
"I have never even thought about the disbandment of the Moscow Duma. I think that all these rumors are no more than political speculations," Sobyanin said.
"The Moscow Duma is to stay in office under one year. It should work during this term with dignity and hold the election by the deadline stipulated by the law," Sobyanin said.
