MOSCOW, October 3 (Itar-Tass) - The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case over negligence of officials of the Rosreestr Federal Service for State Registration, Cadaster and Cartography, the Investigative Committee's press service told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
"The Investigative Committee department for the Central Federal District has finished the check into the inquiry by the Audit Chamber chairman regarding misuse of the funds allocated to Rosreestr for implementing a federal sub-programme. Criminal proceedings have been initiated by the results of the check," the Investigative Committee said.
