MOSCOW, October 1 (Itar-Tass) - The head of the administration of the town of Miass, Chelyabinsk region, has been charged with murder and banditry, an investigator said on Tuesday.
"Viktor Ardabyevsky has been charged with two counts of murder and banditry," spokesman for the Investigative Committee's department for Moscow Sergei Stukalov told Itar-Tass.
"The Investigative Committee will ask the court to put the suspect in custody," Stukalov said.
