Russian presidential envoy proposes to compensate for harvest lost in flood to Far East residents

The government will debate the issue of paying compensations

MOSCOW, October 1 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Deputy Prime Minister and presidential plenipotentiary representative in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev proposes to compensate to the residents of Russia’s Far East for the harvest lost in the flood at private households at the sum of 3,000 rubles per one hundred square meters.

“The government will debate the issue of paying compensations to people for the loss of their harvest at private households. The compensations are expected to make 3,000 rubles per one hundred square meters,” he said at a meeting of the governmental committee.
