NOVO-OGARYOVO, near Moscow, September 10 (Itar-Tass) - Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama discussed Syrian chemical weapons at the G20 summit in St. Petersburg last week but the details of their conversation were not disclosed, the presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday when a reporter asked him which of the two sides the idea of placing the weapons under international control had come from.
He admitted that the discussion had indeed taken place in St. Petersburg but said the sides were not disclosing any details of it.
