MOSCOW, September 9 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s Foreign Ministry does not comment on mass media reports a format of the Russian-Japanese peace treaty has changed, Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Mogulov said.
Speaking at a news conference on Monday, Mogulov said, “We’ve agreed with the Japanese colleagues not to disclose the details.”
“There are very many suppositions and many different variants in Russian and Japanese mass media. But I withhold any comments,” the Russian diplomat said.
