MOSCOW, September 9 (Itar-Tass) - The final declaration of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation’s summit, due in Bishkek on September 13, will reflect a consolidated position on the situation around Syria, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov said on Monday.
The diplomat said the situation in Syria “surely will be on the agenda.”
“We all believe any force actions are unacceptable without a sanction from the UN Security Council,” Morgulov said.
