ST. PETERSBURG, September 5 (Itar-Tass) - The military strike on Syria will provoke a hike in oil prices, which will have an impact on the world economy, Chinese Vice Finance Minister Zhu Guangyao said.

Speaking at a news briefing timed to the G20 summit, Zhu said political measures should be taken to solve the problem.

“Military actions can have a negative impact on the world economy, especially on oil prices,” the Chinese vice finance minister said.
