MOSCOW, September 4 (Itar-Tass) - Since August 31 the U.S. State Department has reported that there is no opportunity for John Kerry to talk with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov by telephone although Kerry himself asked for it, Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Wednesday.

“Despite our permanent requests, America has told us there is no chance for the U.S. Secretary of State to talk with the Russian foreign minister by telephone. But no reasons have been mentioned and our proposal to determine the concrete time has no response,” the Russian diplomat said.
