MINSK, September 3 (Itar-Tass) - The Belarusian judicial bodies received a complaint against the measure of restriction for Uralkali CEO Vladislav Baumgertner who stands accused in the Belarusian Potash Company (BKK) case, a spokesperson for the Supreme Court told Itar-Tass.
“The complaint will be considered by the court of the Partizansky district of Minsk where the investigative body is located,” said the source in the Supreme Court.
The complaint was lodged with the law enforcement bodies by Baumgertner’s lawyers and then referred to the judicial bodies.
