ZHUKOVSKY, Moscow Region, September 1 (Itar-Tass) - Contracts totaling $21.2 bln were signed at the MAKS air show this year, director-general of the air show company Alexander Yelizarov told reporters on Sunday, recalling that the previous MAKS contracts totaled $ 16 bln.
Speaking about other achievements of the present air show, Yelizarov said it was the number of participants -- more than 1,000 enterprises and organizations and 289 foreign companies from more than 40 countries. For the rates, MAKS has grown, the director noted.
