YAKUTSK, August 30 (Itar-Tass) - Damage from the spring and two summer floods in Yakutia is preliminary estimated at 3.5 billion rbls, the official website of the republic's head said on Friday.
In the flooded zone are 66 settlements in 15 municipal districts. A total of 1,677 houses have been flooded, 6,370 people have been affected, and 357 constructions are destroyed.
