In case of disputes with insurance companies, citizens can call by the hotline phone: (4232) 40-15-90, Khabarovsk Territory’s government wrote on its website.
Complaints can be sent to the address: Vladivostok, 45-a Aleutskaya Street, room 230 or 690091, Vladivostok P.O.B. 91-248.
Complaints can be also sent on the website - www.vlad.ffms.ru or by e-mail - email@example.com.
The federal service reports, “Complaints can be sent if compensations are given up or if insurance payments are undercut.”
