MOSCOW, August 25 (Itar-Tass) - Moscow police have detained ten people for an attempt to hold an unauthorized action in Red Square, the press service of the Moscow City Interior Department said in a report.

“The police detained ten persons for an attempt to hold a street action,” the press service said. “They were eventually taken to a local police department.”

An official at the department told Itar-Tass that the group had tried to unroll a banner with the words ‘For Our Freedom’ written on it.
