MOSCOW, August 23 (Itar-Tass) - The An-148 passenger jet of Rossiya Airlines is preparing to make an emergency landing at Pulkovo Airport due to the gear failure, law enforcers told Itar-Tass.

According to preliminary reports, there are 75 passengers and 4 crewmembers on board.

The jet is heading from the southern resort city Mineralnye Vody to St.Petersburg.

A representative of Rossiya Airlines commented to Itar-Tass that the coverage on one of the wheels delaminated. The jet is preparing to fly over the airdrome so that experts can visually estimate the damages and help decide on the landing.
