Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia: U.N. Security Council should work out a clear resolution to put an end to the tragedy in Syria

KUWAIT CITY, August 21 (Itar-Tass) - Saudi Arabia demands the U.N. Security Council gather for an extraordinary session due to the use of chemical weapons in Syria, Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faisal Al Saud said on Wednesday.

“The U.N. Security Council should work out a clear resolution to put an end to the tragedy,” the Saudi Arabian minister said.

“We are shocked by the massacre in Syrian cities with the use of chemical weapons, which are prohibited in compliance with international law,” he said.
