MOSCOW, August 18 (Itar-Tass) - The An-148 plane has left for Omsk to evacuate a woman, who has been injured after the collision between the Polesye vessel and a boat on the Irtysh River, to Moscow for treatment, spokesperson to the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry Irina Rossius told Itar-Tass.
Earlier, doctors decided that the woman needed a high-tech surgery. Thus, they took a decision to transport her to Moscow.
The plane carries the Centrospas detachement and doctors of the National Disaster Medicine Centre. The liner is also equipped with four medical modules.
