TEHERAN, August 13 (Itar-Tass) - Russia will officially hand over the first unit of the Bushehr nuclear power plant project to Iran in weeks, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Aragchi told a news briefing on Tuesday.
According to the official, the ongoing bilateral negotiations concerned a variety of aspects of cooperation in nuclear power.
“Discussions are underway of such issues as the possibility of adding several more units to the Bushehr nuclear power plant and Russia’s participation in other nuclear power plants in Iran,” Aragchi said.
