MOSCOW, August 8 (Itar-Tass) - The Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations has opened a hotline where people can call to receive any information about the flood situation in the Amur region, measures taken to deal with it as well as receive psychological support, ministry’s spokeswoman Irina Rossius told Tass.
Heavy rain in six districts of the Amur region have raised the water level in the rivers Zeya and Urkan since July 29.
