MOSCOW, August 7 (Itar-Tass) - Two chiefs from a police station and an officer of the Federal Migration Service (FMS) are suspected of masterminding an illegal migration inflow in Moscow, the press service of the Moscow police told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
“During the inquest of members of the criminal community, which masterminded an illegal migration inflow and the use of slave labour of the foreigners, mainly Vietnamese citizens, at underground production facilities in Moscow, detectives of the Moscow criminal search department fixed the facts of betrayal of the interests of the service and corruption cases among several officials of the law enforcement agencies,” the press service said.
