ROSTOV-ON-DON, August 4 (Itar-Tass) - An A-320 passenger jet ran off the runway while landing at the Rostov-on-Don airport. None of its 199 passengers were hurt, a spokesman for the Southern emergencies centre told Itar-Tass on Sunday.

The accident took place at 20:20 Moscow time when the plane, which had taken off from Moscow’s Domodedovo airport, was making its landing in Rostov-on-Don. The plane damaged two runway lamps but sustained no damage itself. The airport is operating in a regular mode, the spokesman added.
