MOSCOW, July 23 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Vladimir Putin offered condolences to his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping over numerous victims, which a devastating earthquake inflicted in the Gansu province. “The Russian president also said the country is ready to give aid to clean up the aftermaths of this natural disaster in case of necessity,” the Kremlin press service reported on Tuesday.
Putin conveyed the words of sincere sympathy and support to friends and family members of the earthquake victims and the wishes of the soonest recovery to injured people.
