Work ends to clear debris of house wall caving in in Barnaul

KRASNOYARSK, July 19 (Itar-Tass) - The debris have been cleared at the site where the wall of a residential house collapsed in the city of Barnaul on Thursday. No more dead or injured people were found, sources from the Altai region’s emergencies centre told Tass.

The work was finished at 5:10 am, local time (2:10 am, Moscow time). Over 150 people and more than 30 units of hardware participated in clearing the debris.

Earlier reports said two people were killed. Criminal proceedings were launched.

The accident took place at 17:56 local time (14:56 Moscow time) on Thursday. The front wall of a brick three-storey residential house collapsed to bury two people.
