MOSCOW, July 17 (Itar-Tass) - South Africa says it’s the U.N. that should deal with the case of former CIA technical contractor Edward Snowden, South African Ambassador in Moscow Mandisi Mpahlwa said.

Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, Mpahlwa said it’s the United Nations Organization that should deal with the Snowden case.

The South African ambassador refused to futher comment the issue because the government had not made any statement on this issue.
