YAROSLAVL, July 8 (Itar-Tass) - The lawyers of Yaroslavl Mayor Yevgeny Urlashov appealed the court verdict on his arrest. They filed the appeal in the Yaroslavl Regional Court to the court verdict of the Leninsky District Court of Yaroslavl, which put Urlashov, who is accused of attempted bribery, in custody.
“We appealed the arrest ruling of Yevgeny Urlashov. Today we are consulting with our fellow lawyers and probably will lodge one more appeal,” Urlashov’s lawyer Mikhail Pisarets told Itar-Tass. The lawyer noted that Yevgeny Urlashov is still being kept at the Yaroslavl detention centre, it is absolutely unclear where he will be possibly transferred.
