KAZAN, July 7 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s Alibek Khapayev has won the Universiade gold medal in belt wrestling in the weight category of up to 90 kilograms.

Khapayev snatched gold from Turkmenistan’s wrestler Seidi Batyrov.

Bronze medal winners are Kamiet Barpybekov of Kyrgyzstan and Nozimzhon Ibrokhimzhonov of Uzbekistan.
