MOSCOW, July 5 (Itar-Tass) - The Foreign Ministers of Russia and Malaysia, Sergei Lavrov and Anifah Aman will have talks in the capital of Russia on July 11, 2013, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Friday.
“The two foreign ministers will discuss development of the contractual basis between the two countries, as well as enhancement of the political dialog and scientific-and-technical cooperation with the focus on high technologies,” Lukashevich said.
“The two parties are going to discuss the current status of and prospects for strengthening Russian-Malaysian relations in general in a wide range of spheres,” he said.
According to the diplomat, the interlocutors “will exchange views on the most pressing international problems and discuss regional issues with due account of the results of the recent large events in the ASEAN format.”
