MOSCOW, July 5 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will take part in a meeting of the Council of the Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) member states in Kyrgyzstan on July 13, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Friday.
The participants in the meeting will elaborate an agenda for the SCO summit due to be held in Bishkek on September 13, 2013, the diplomat said.
“The ministers will discuss a draft Bishkek Declaration and a package of documents, which will be submitted to the SCO summit,” he said.
“Among the aforesaid documents will be an action plan for 2013-2017 for the implementation of the Treaty on long-term good neighbourhood, friendship and cooperation between the SCO member-countries,” Lukashevich said.
