MOSCOW, July 4 (Itar-Tass) - The Audit Chamber noted an unproductive work of the Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) in the creation of the space systems.
“Roscosmos, which performs the functions of a contractor, producer and sometimes an operator of the space systems is actually not responsible for the deadlines or the fulfilment of the tasks by these systems. Therefore, the satellites have been created for decades without the hope for their market payback capacity,” the Audit Chamber said in a statement, which was posted on its official website.
