MOSCOW, July 3 (Itar-Tass) - The State Duma will consider the bill on a reform of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) in two readings during this parliamentary session, the third reading is delayed to autumn, RAS President-Elect Vladimir Fortov told reporters after a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.
“The State Duma will consider it (the bill) in two readings now, the third reading will be delayed to autumn to give an opportunity to hold consultations and think about it,” he said.
