Tamerlan Arsanukayev is a suspect for committing fraud

MOSCOW, July 2 (Itar-Tass) - A criminal case has been opened in Chechnya over theft of 88 million roubles against a former deputy minister for external relations, ethnic policy, press and information, the Investigative Committee told old Itar-Tass on Tuesday.

"Tamerlan Arsanukayev is a suspect under Article 159, Part 4 of Russia's penal code /fraud/, the SK said.
