MOSCOW, July 1 (Itar-Tass) - The European Union does not link the visa free formalities with Russia to the talks on cancelling visas with the Eastern Partnership countries, including with Ukraine and Moldova, EU Ambassador Fernando Valenzuela said.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, Valenzuela said obviously, there was no link in this aspect.
The attempts to introduce visa free formalities with Russia are more difficult due to Russia’s scale, the extension of its borders and the number of the population, the EU Ambassador said.
