MOSCOW, July 1 (Itar-Tass) - The State Duma will consider the first reading of a governmental bill on a reform of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) on July 3. The Council of the lower house of Russian parliament has taken this decision, State Duma Vice-Speaker from the LDPR Igor Lebedev said on Monday.
He noted that the State Duma decided to consider the second and third readings of the bill in the autumn of this year.
