ST. PETERSBURG, June 21 (Itar-Tass) - Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to meet with his Cypriot counterpart Ioannis Kasoulides at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum on Friday, June 21.
“The meeting will be held at the request of the Cypriot minister to discuss the Cypriot settlement ahead of the upcoming inter-community talks this autumn,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said.
“Kasoulides will speak about the Cypriot government’s approaches to the upcoming negotiations,” he added.
The ministers will also discuss some pressing issues concerning bilateral cooperation.
