Russia not to change taxes until 2018 -- Shuvalov

An exception will be made only for the luxury tax and excise duties

MOSCOW, June 19 (Itar-Tass) - The Russian tax system will not change until 2018 as a minimum, First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov told TBC TV on Wednesday, June 19.

An exception will be made only for the luxury tax and excise duties. The government is also ready to reduce insurance premiums for small business.

“We have agreed to a compromise of some sort. This compromise has been formalised in a draft law that is being debated by the State Duma. The government approves of this draft law,” Shuvalov said.
