Only the party’s chairman, Alexei Zhuravlev, participated in a news conference. He demonstrated to reporters a Kalashnikov gun, which the party’s founder had presented to him. On May 30, Rogozin was in Udmurtia, where he chaird a meeting on organisation of the Kalashnikov Concern, which would unite two enterprises - Izhmash and Izhmekh.
