MOSCOW, May 28 (Itar-Tass) - Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev ordered to submit a lawbill to the State Duma lower house of the Russian parliament empowering regions to set eligibility criteria for the families needing social support, the Cabinet's press service reported.
The document which amends Article 263 and 263-1 of the law on the basic principles of organization of legislative and executive bodies in Russian regions was drawn by the Ministry of Labor and approved at a government meeting.
The proposed bill with detailed information is placed on the official government website www.government.ru.
