MOSCOW, May 21 (Itar-Tass) - Director of the Federal Bailiff Service, chief bailiff Artur Parfenchikov arrived in Makhachkala, where terrorists blasted two bombs on Monday.
Four persons were killed and more than 40 were injured in the explosions near the local Bailiff Service department in Ordzhonikidze Street. "Artur Parfenchikov leads a commission which will meet with the injured persons and their relatives, evaluate the damage and take measures to provide assistance to the victims and normalize the operation of the department," the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service told Itar-Tass.
