MOSCOW, May 17 (Itar-Tass) - Four persons died and one was hurt in a fire that broke out at an office for drug and alcohol abusers in a polyclinic in the Saratov region, a spokesman for the regional emergencies department told Itar-Tass on Friday.
According to the spokesman, the accident took place in the city of Engels. There were nine people in the building. “According to preliminary data, these were medical personnel. There were no patients inside,” the spokesman added.
By now, the fire has been put out. An investigation is underway.
