MOSCOW, May 14 (Itar-Tass) - The Ministry of Emergency Situations has made public the list of people hospitalized after a major road accident in the Penza Region, thus, all killed and injured people are Russian citizens.
Seven people are on the list of injured people, the press service of the regional emergency situation department told Itar-Tass on Tuesday. “Wounded people are undergoing treatment at the city clinical hospital,” the press service said. Two women and five men aged from 30 to 63 years are among wounded people.
The road accident occurred at about 08:00 Moscow time on Tuesday on the Penza-Tambov highway near the village Konstantinovka.The driver of the minibus went on the oncoming lane, collided with a truck trailer and then a car rammed into them. A Chevrolet off-road jeep from the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area became one more participant in the road accident. The drivers of the car and the truck are alive, the policemen are working with them.
“Ten people died instantaneously, another ten people have got different injuries,” the regional emergency situation department noted. All casualties are Russian citizens, who were going from the Krasnodar Territory to Chuvashia, the press service said.
