MOSCOW, May 8 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a resolution to hold the all-Russia contest “Protect the ozone layer and the climate on the Earth” in September 2013. The event will be held during the Year of Environment Protection held in Russia this year, the official website of the Russian government reported. The contest is funded from the budget of the Ministry of Natural Resources.
The contest will be conducted among students of secondary and vocational schools and universities. The regional stage will be held in Russian federal constituents and envisages the initial selection of contest works. Over 20 best works will be selected for the federal level from each federal constituent. The jury, which the organizing committee approved, will select the works for the final of the contest, which is scheduled for September 14-16.
