Kadyrov says Tsarnayevs brothers commit crime, get due

He did not rule out that the Tsarnayevs brothers "were trained in Georgia and Turkey"

GROZNY, May 6 (Itar-Tass) - Chechen head Ramzan Kadyrov said the Tsarnayevs brothers had committed the crime and gotten due.

“Many people write me on the Internet and ask me why we don’t help the Tsarnayevs brothers. I study information on the brothers and I believe that they had gotten due. I name them as shaytans. It is good that they failed to commit anything more,” Kadyrov said on Monday.

He did not rule out that the Tsarnayevs brothers “were trained in Georgia and Turkey”.

“People, who know them well, say they were capable of doing all. It is clear who was behind them and who manipulated them. That is why I don’t intend to stand up for them. The Tsarnayevs brothers are citizens of America and have no relation to the Chechen Republic,” Kadyrov stressed.
