MOSCOW, May 6 (Itar-Tass) - Veterans of the Great Patriotic War on May 7-9 will be able to congratulate each other for free with the Victory holiday on the telephone or by sending a telegram, if they use services of Rostelecom, a national telecommunications company.
The veterans will be able to make free calls inside the zone, or long-distance calls to the CIS or Baltic states, if the duration is up to 60 minutes, Rostelecom said.
In order to use the free service, a veteran “should be registered officially at the address where the telephone is installed.”
For sending a free telegram, veterans should present their documents.
