Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill has ended a night Easter service at the Moscow Cathedral of Christ the Savior

MOSCOW, May 5 (Itar-Tass) - Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill has ended a night Easter service at the Moscow Cathedral of Christ the Savior. It was attended by almost 5,000 people, including President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

The Gospel was read in 18 languages, including the Aramaic language spoken during the life of Jesus Christ.

Easter services were held at all churches of the Russian Orthodox Church, which has about 30,000 parishes around the globe.
