MOSCOW, April 30 (Itar-Tass) - The general director of the Kippor plant has been shot in the heart from an arbalest in the territory of New Moscow, the Russian Investigation Committee reported on Tuesday.
The director’s secretary reported her boss’ disappearance to the police. She said the director had gone to the plant on Tuesday morning and had not returned since then.
Policemen who arrived at the plant discovered the director’s body in the hatch of a cable shaft at the plant’s substation in the Belovo village.
Forensic experts have concluded that the director was killed by an arbalest arrow that had hit him in the heart.
The main investigative department of the Russian Investigation Committee for Moscow has initiated criminal proceedings on murder charges under article 105 part 1 of the Russian Penal Code.
