MOSCOW, April 27 (Itar-Tass) - Russia does not need prompting and instructions from the United States to solve its internal problems, including in the Justice Ministry system, the ministry's head Alexander Konovalov said at the meeting with penitentiary system officials whose names are included in the "Magnitsky list".
Problems of the law-enforcement and penitentiary systems of Russia are well known, he noted. "I have no doubts that we will solve the problems sooner or later," Konovalov said. "And we will solve them independently and without any reminders from any side," he stressed.
