RAMENSKY, Moscow Region, April 26 (Itar-Tass) – A deputy chief physician at the mental hospital was brought to account last year for fire safety violations, the head of the Emergencies Ministry's department for control, Yuri Deshevykh, told reporters.
The hospital was inspected last year, when violations were found – no shades on electric lamps and the difficult access to the reservoir to take water to extinguish a fire. The deputy chief physician was charged with the administrative offence. However, the problems were removed in August.
